Why did my subscription automatically renew?

Your channel subscription will auto renew on the same day each month until you cancel your subscription. 

To cancel a subscription log into your account.

1. Click on the white icon on the top right of your screen.

2. Select Subscriptions from the drop down list.

3. Select the Cancel button and follow the cancellation instructions.

Access to the cancelled channel will continue until the end of your subscription period.
