To check if you have cancelled your subscription to a channel first ensure that you are logged into your Parrot account.
1. Select the white icon on the top right of your screen.
2. Select Subscriptions from the drop down list.
If you see the channel on your subscriptions list please try to cancel again. If your issue persists please reach out through the 'Ask me a Question' button on the top right hand side of this screen for support.
