How do I cancel my subscription?

As soon as you know you know would like to cancel please follow these steps:

1. Ensure you are logged into your Parrot Profile.
2. Click on the white icon in the top right hand corner of your screen.
3. Select Subscriptions from the menu.

4. Select the cancel button for the channel you wish to cancel.

Once your subscription is cancelled, you’ll continue to have access to your channel until the end of your payment cycle.
