How do I report an issue on the Mobile version of Parrot TV?

To report an issue on the web version of Parrot TV website please collect the following information:

1. The time the issue occurred.

2. What type of device you are watching on (Ex Iphone, Android)

3. What program and channel you were watching when the issue occurred.

4. A description of the issue.

5. A screenshot of the issue if possible.
